View Program Setting History

The Loyalty platform maintains a history of edits to Program Settings, including the date the Program Setting was modified, and the user who made the modification.

To view the Program Setting history:

  1. Select Program from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Program Settings from the side navigation menu. The Program Settings screen is displayed.

  2. Along the right-hand side of the Program Settings screen is the Recent Settings Activity pane. This pane is collapsed by default. Click anywhere within this pane to expand it. The pane expands to show a list of recently-modified Program Settings, sorted by date (most recent at the top).

  1. By default, the pane shows all Program Setting changes that have ever been made. Optionally to filter the Recent Settings Activity pane, select a date range from the drop-down menu at the top of the pane. The available date ranges are: All Time (default), Past Year, Past 6 Months, Past 30 Days, or Past 7 Days.

  1. Optionally, to view a recently-modified Program Setting, click its name from within the Recent Settings Activity pane. The pop-up window for the selected Program Setting is displayed.

  2. To collapse the Recent Settings Activity pane, click the collapse icon at the bottom of the pane.
